The holiday village needs about 6 months and 800,000 Euros to be completed.

• The Total Built Area (TBA) for the complex is over 6 500m2, of which 5,009m2 are living area;
• The project is completed at 75and 6 more months are needed for construction to be finished;
• 28 houses of 3 different types – 16 houses with TBA 145m2, 10 houses with TBA 217m2 8 2 houses with TBA 264m2. There are 148 total beds provided;
• Restaurant for 160 people situated on 530m2 – fully completed with all permits, operating at the moment;
• SPA center with 2 floors 326m2- awaits completion;
• Wine cellar, situated on 428 m2, with barrels for 80,000 liters – completed, all permits for the construction, in process of licensing for operation;
• Existing infrastructure – small water purifying substation with all the licenses, boiler facilities with 2 boilers working on Methane/Diesel, 120m3 water reservoir and electric substation;
• Infrastructure to be made – little horse basis and swimming pool with size 25m x 8m, with hot mineral water;
• The Project has 10-year permit for using hot mineral water at 1.5 l/sec debit from the spring (its temperature is almost 600 C). The mineral water will be used for SPA procedures, everyday necessities and heating of the houses;
• The project has 10 year contract for use of hot mineral water of the near mineral water spring and has the potential to become a significant SPA destination. The project has already issued permits for watering, mineral water and electrifying;
