The vineyard is located 55 km. away from the city of Varna, near the Republican road Varna-Shumen-Sofia (2 km.)

The vineyard is situated on agricultural land, former municipal property!

The vineyard surface area is 39,8 hectares!
The vineyard has been established in 2008!

The planting material is imported from Germany – German Red Cross; - “Riesling” and “Gewürztraminer”, and the remaining ones from “Guillaume” and “Mercier” – France and from Bulgaria.

8,0 hectares “Chardonnay”/ 41 B and “Fernal” – “Mercier” – France
6,5 hectares “Golden Dimyat” / SO4 – “Ilchev”- Bulgaria
4,0 hectares “Muscat Ottonel” SO4 - “Mercier” - France


RED SORTS – 200 hectares

7,0 hectares “Malbec/ Paulsen 1103 and SO4 “Mercier” - France
2,5 hectares “Cabernet Fran” -/ “Fercal” – “Mercier” - France
8,5 hectares “Cabernet Sauvignon” / Richter 110 – “Guillaume” – France
1,5 hectares “Sira” / SO4 - “Guillaume” – France
0,5 hectares “Pinot Noir” - / SO4 - “Guillaume” – France
1,5 hectares “Pinot Noir” - / SO4 - “Guillaume” – France – will be planted in the autumn of 2010 !

The separate sorts have been complied with the soil and climate conditions of the terrain!
The white sorts shall be picked in the period between 5 ÷ 10.09. and the red sorts – after 10.09.

The vineyard shall bear fruit for the second year!

The sorts, having been selected in such a way, shall provide an opportunity for a high yield: “Malbec” and “Golden Dimyat”, and the remaining sorts provide the opportunity for high quality!

Having the option of sale without payment of VAT!

The vineyard has been certified as a “biological” one!

Two types of subsidies for “surface area” and “agrobiologic agriculture” shall be obtainable!
